Yuliya Lappo

Yuliya is articling with Rutherford & Mathews, which means she is assisting the firm’s clients in all areas of Condominium law. Yuliya joined Rutherford & Mathews as a uniquely accomplished person, and such experience imbues her work with sophisticated insight.

Yuliya recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. While at Osgoode, Yuliya served as a Vice-President for Communications at the Osgoode Runnymede Society.

Before immigrating to Canada and embarking on her legal career, Yuliya was a successful businesswoman in Belarus, her home country, where she founded and managed an international transportation company.

In addition to the law degree, Yuliya holds an undergraduate degree in English and Belarusian Languages and Literature from Belarusian State University.

Yuliya speaks Russian, Belarusian, and German. She is also conversant in Ukrainian.

Outside of her professional life, Yuliya is an avid ballroom dancer and an art lover.
